1. Poor Quality or Damaged Item
If you receive a damaged or poor-quality item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition along with the original box and packaging.
Required: A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package to be eligible for any return or refund. Without this video evidence, returns will not be accepted.
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our Quality Control (QC) team, and the defect is verified, a full refund will be issued, including shipping charges.
2. Wrong Item Received
In case a wrong item is received, the same conditions as above apply. The item should be returned in its original condition with complete packaging, and an unboxing video is mandatory.
Once verified, we will either send the correct product or process a full refund.
3. Incomplete Order
If your package is missing any item(s), please take a photo and an unboxing video on the same day of delivery and send it to our support team. Upon verification, the missing item will be dispatched promptly.
4. Product Returned to Warehouse (Non-Delivery)
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to unsuccessful delivery:
* Our QC team will inspect the product.
* If the product is found damaged due to mishandling, a deduction will apply:
* Delivery charges: 100% non-refundable
* Product damage deduction: Up to 80% depending on severity
5. Orders with Activated QR Messages (Non-Returnable)
Once a customer has scanned the QR code on the product and uploaded their personal message (audio/video) and password-protected it, the product becomes non-returnable.
This is to protect customer privacy and maintain the emotional sanctity of the personalized gift.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing us at: [ehsaasgift@gmail.com]
After 1 hour, cancellation may not be possible, or may be subject to cancellation charges based on processing status. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–15 Indian banking working days.
7. Mandatory for All Returns:
* Unboxing video must be provided for any type of claim (damage, wrong product, or incomplete order)
* Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained
